Whip Paste application to Cool Confections

In the last class "Entrance Class", you learned how to apply to Whip Cream. This time you will learn how to apply "Whip Taste" to Cool Confections.

Actually this application is also easy.

In this class, we introduce you two kinds of confections.
First, let's cook the Mango Mousse with "Whip Taste Mango".

Mango Mousse 3 pieces (65g/piece)
Water (Hot Water) 81.6g
Gelatin (Powder Gelatin) 2.4g
Granulated Sugar 12g
Mango Pulp 30g
Whip Taste Mango 14g
Fresh Cream (Milk Fat 20%) 60g

Mix granulated Sugar and Gelatin well.

Put water (hot water) into y1z and dissolve it slowly.

Put mango pulp and "Whip Taste Mango" into y2z and mix it well.

4. Put the fresh cream into y3z and mix it well.

5. Fill the mixture to container and cool and set in the refrigerator around 30 minutes.6.

Now ready to enjoy the Mango Mousse

As you might now see how easy and handy it is to use "Whip Taste".

If you want to cook the Strawberry Mousse, you just replace "Whip Taste Strawberry" for "Whip Taste Mango".
And also replace Strawberry Puree for Mango pulp accordingly.

Now you can enjoy mousse with "Whip Taste" at any time.
